By using MyLibrary, you accept the following terms of service.

1. Use of the App

MyLibrary is a free app for managing your personal media library. The app may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Account

A user account is required to use the app. You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you share through the app (e.g., recommendations, ratings, profile pictures). Sharing illegal, offensive, or harmful content is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Services

MyLibrary uses external APIs (Google Books, TMDB, AniList) for media data. The availability and accuracy of this data is beyond our control. TMDB data is provided in accordance with TMDB terms of use.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability of the app but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance or technical issues may lead to temporary outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyLibrary is provided as is. We assume no liability for data loss, damages from using the app, or the availability of external services.

7. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms of service.

8. Changes

We may change these terms of service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
